A Respectful Greeting and Blessings to All Inhabitants of the Earth Who Have the Privilege of Reading This Message,

My name is Benjamín Gálvez Londoño, a proud Colombian citizen originally from Valle del Cauca. Over 40 years ago, I made my way to San José del Guaviare, in the Department of Guaviare, where I built a life and a family with my beloved wife, María Dolly Barrera Gonzales. Together, we have been blessed with three children and five wonderful grandchildren.

Back in Valle del Cauca, I worked as an administrative assistant for the Family Welfare Institute (Bienestar Familiar). I carefully saved my severance and earnings, and one day, a friend offered me the opportunity to purchase a piece of land in Nueva Primavera, municipality of El Retorno, Guaviare—a small estate, as they call it here, of 9,200 hectares. We agreed on a fair deal, I paid in installments, and six years ago, I completed the purchase.

This land, which I named "La Fortuna", is truly a natural sanctuary for humanity. It holds 12 water sources and is completely covered in virgin rainforest, home to some of the finest and rarest species of wood. Out of deep respect for nature, I made a personal commitment—not to allow anyone to log trees, fish, or hunt wildlife there. I even asked the previous owner, whose land borders La Fortuna, to help protect it.

It pains me deeply to imagine that cutting down a single tree could destroy the home of the birds who were born there and have made it their lifelong habitat.

Later, I acquired another estate of 50,000 hectares in Vaupés, with the same intention: complete environmental conservation.

Together with neighboring landowners, whose properties span 262,000 hectares in El Retorno, Guaviare, we submitted our lands for carbon credit certification. Unfortunately, the agents we trusted have failed to deliver. Despite our efforts, we have never received a single environmental service payment or forest incentive.

Now that my wife and I are in our senior years, we sought the help of someone truly capable—someone who could assist us in turning our protective work into lasting support for future generations. By the grace of God, I had the great fortune of meeting Humanitarian Eduardo Flores Sanchez or as I like to call him, Dr. Alegría, a distinguished Mexican professional with an impressive academic background and a proven track record in helping landowners like us protect living nature.

Moved by his integrity and vision, I have officially appointed Humanitarian Eduardo Flores Sanchez as the General Director of our International Cooperation Project. He is fully authorized to represent our properties and submit them to global organizations in order to secure recognition and environmental service payments for our work in preserving these sacred lands that God has entrusted to us—for the benefit of all humanity.

Through this letter, I formally certify and endorse Humanitarian Eduardo Flores Sanchez as my official representative for any project, agreement, or initiative he may pursue on our behalf. We also look forward to soon including our neighbors in this endeavor.

Thank you in advance for any inspiration or support you may feel in your heart to offer this noble and urgent cause.

Many blessings,
Benjamín Gálvez Londoño

Salvador Teo Jr.

I am a proud alumni of the YMCA of Greater Long Beach, Class of 2001—a place that taught me the values of service, unity, and responsibility. Since that time, I have grown into a passionate advocate for Mother Earth, understanding more deeply with each passing year the urgent need to protect her for current and future generations.

It is with profound gratitude and humility that I find myself involved in a project of such magnitude—one that seeks to preserve the lungs of our planet and restore balance where it has been lost. But beyond the mission itself, I feel especially honored to have crossed paths with two extraordinary individuals: Humanitarian Eduardo Flores Sánchez and Don Benjamín Gálvez Londoño. Their vision, courage, and unwavering dedication to conservation have inspired me to act, to serve, and to believe that global healing is possible.

To all who read this: may it serve as a call to awareness, a spark of hope, and an invitation to join us in protecting what we all share—this one Earth, our only home.

With hope and respect,
Salvador Teo Jr.
